Be-Smart Training for Lecturers of Applied Undergraduate Automotive Machinery Study Program, YSU

YSU's Applied Undergraduate Automotive Machinery Study Program participated in the Be-Smart training with all lecturers. This training aims to improve the ability of lecturers to use the Be-Smart learning information system that has been provided by Puskom UNY. The activity was held on April 7, 2020 at the Automotive Machine Computer Lab, FT UNY.

The training begins with a speech from the Head of the Study Program, Drs. Ir. Moch. Solikin, M. Kes. in his speech, the Head of Study Program said that the use of online learning information systems is needed in accordance with current technological developments. In addition, the existence of Covid-19 also encourages online learning to be a necessity that both education and students must be able to do. Therefore, after this training, it is hoped that all lecturers can use Be-smart as a means of online learning in the Applied Undergraduate Automotive Machinery Study Program, YSU.

After a speech from Kajur, the training began by presenting Amri Ristadi, M.Sc. As a Be-Smart UNY instructor, Pak Amri explained how to develop lecture materials at Be-smart and also how to easily clone existing material and modify it according to the learning needs of each lecturer. The training was held for 1 day. After the training, each lecturer is asked to develop and upload their learning materials to Be-Smart.

Apart from the training which was held offline in the Applied Undergraduate Automotive Machine, YSU, online learning training was also facilitated by the FT YSU Media Team which held a series of online learning training of 8 times. Activities carried out online and can be followed by all UNY lecturers and the general public.
